Precision Machined Parts

Key equipment includes the HAAS VM-3 five-axis CNC machining center and the Charmilles EDM, for precision cutting and shaping of metal parts. Additionally, we have a comprehensive suite of calibrated metrology tools for rigorous dimensional verifications, ensuring the highest standards of quality and accuracy in our products.
Sheet Metal Fabrication
Our sheet metal fabrication capabilities are supported by a range of reliable equipment and skilled technicians. We use the XTC-F1530 fiber laser cutting machine for precise cutting, an Iroquois B48/100 press brake for accurate bending and forming and various forming tools help us manage diverse fabrication tasks. Our TIG/MIG welding station allows for quality welds across a diverse range of materials and alloys including aluminum, steel, and titanium.
Additive Manufacturing
Our additive manufacturing and 3D printing services are designed to bring your ideas to life quickly and accurately in a variety of plastic and metallic materials. Utilizing the Method XL printer, we can produce high-quality prototypes with fine detail and precision with build dimensions of approximately 12.6 x 12.6 x 12.6 inches (320 x 320 x 320 mm). This spacious build volume allows for the creation of larger parts or multiple smaller components in a single print job.
Wire Harness and Cable Assemblies
Our wire harness and cable assembly fabrication services are supported by advanced tooling and a comprehensive avionics shop. Utilizing our wire printer, we can produce precise and reliable wire harnesses tailored to your specifications. Our avionics shop enables us to integrate and test these assemblies with a high level of accuracy, ensuring they meet rigorous standards.
